The Process

• Place your order with one of our agents.
• A 50% deposit is required prior to any work commencing.
• Once payment has been received, our artists will produce a proof, which will be sent to you via our agent for approval.
• You will be provided with an Excel database spreadsheet template to complete for your guest names and addresses. No responsibility will be taken for incorrect printed data.
• Once a final approval has been received, you will be requested to email the Excel database spreadsheet with the guests names and addresses to your agent (see Privacy clause), the printing can then go ahead.
• Once your stationery has been completed, you may collect it from our agent and pay the balance outstanding.

Proofs
A proof is supplied to you for approval before the printing process begins. You should in particular, check dates are correct and names of all people and places are spelt correctly.

Alterations
The colours, fonts and general design on the stationery are un-changeable. The wording is the only part of the design that can be changed. Alterations can be made during the proof process, however once approval has been given to commence the run, no changes can be made.

Errors
If in the final set, an error is found that is the fault of The Invitation Company, the affected stationery will be re-printed at no extra charge. If however, the mistake is due to customer error, any re-prints will be charged at normal prices.

Sizes
Invitation sizes actually reflect the envelope size they fit into.

Minimum Orders:
Save the date postcards: 10
Menus: 10
Table Numbers: 10
All other stationery: 25

How long does the printing process take?
From acceptance of the proof, your stationery order should be complete within 10 working days.

Payment
A 50% deposit will be required when placing your order, this will enable the artist to commence work on the proof. The final balance will be required upon completion of the order.

Refunds
No refunds will be given after your stationery order has commenced production.

Prices
All prices are subject to change and availability. Prices include GST.

Colour Variance
Onscreen colours may appear slightly different from printed versions and printed colours may slightly vary between orders and samples.

Copyright
All stationery designs are wholly owned by The Invitation Co. No item may be reproduced in whole or part under any circumstance.

Privacy
Your clients personal details and guest information is considered private and confidential, and will NOT be, under any circumstances, be distributed to any third party or used for any other purpose. After the event date, information submitted to The Invitation Company will be deleted from our system.
